My fronts are 2-25 rms rears 2-100 rms my deck is 200 watts max 88 rms. Do i need an amp to listen at a louder then normal level? |

RMS Power Output for that deck is 22 watts. Your front speakers are fine, but you can put an amp on your rears if you need it. |

That deck's not cea compliant. Probably more like 12-15 x 4. You might consider a little 50x2 for the fronts, but I'd leave the rears alone. |

i'd use a small amp. IMO Head units are not a good choice when pushing speakers. |
