What is the best amp combo for a 15" Fi BL sub; it needs to be a 1 ohm stable amp. Budget = $450 or less Thanks (I got ripped off by that guy on here selling sx1250.1s earlier last year near April and have now just come up with some more money. I'd like a sx1250.1 but was wondering if anything else would work better.) |

Ah, ronnie the deaf squad guy. I knew those deals were too good to be true thats why I never bought anything from him. Whats funny though, there were prople promoting his rep and saying he was a good guy up and down. I met some of them at a local comp......... |

I know, there were a lot of people backing him and giving him all kinds of good reviews, that's why I thought it was good to go, but unfortunately not. Although there was more to the story, I still have no amp. |

Do you have any options ont he BL? If so, the RD 1750.1 or Sundown 1500D would work geat with sub and budget. Kevin |

Yeah it was Ronnie, I just remembered it was hornetsnest something, it's been a while. and when I actually talked to him on the phone, it seemed too much trouble to get through all of the paypal and stuff b/c he said some people weren't getting money back so... it was just a bad situation for him and me. And no I don't have any options on my BL. |

off topic here, but real quick, does it matter if the magnet of the sub is facing the port wall or if it is parallel? Like if I built a box and I wanted the sub to face up could I just cut the hole on top with the port facing the back of the car? |

well you would have to change your design but a sub up port back setup is easily done. |

I already built my box, and then realized that maybe it wasnt going to work the best. I have sub up port back but the port is the same for if the sub was back and port back. What should I do? |
