i need a manual. maybe theres a seting for the front speaker wires i bought this reciever from craig'slist never thought id have this problem.

go to pioneer.com and look up the manual thier all on there. lastty check the pos and neg for each speaker is correct and check to make sure your fader is not set to back or something.
