im listening to music in the car and first i thought the Pos Neg were a problem so I swapped them (from the deck) I was not going to take the door apart again trying that for 45min would of been a huge waiste of time. Now it sounds like it turns on after i turn the volume up to about 30/40 then it stays on after a while it may cut off again.

AnyIdeas?

Did you check if the speaker is blown yet? Maybe the high volume gets in moving and the low volume isn't enuogh to move it. Also, are they stock?
