ok well im selling my 15 kicker cvx and box and hifonics amp to a frined so im looking to get a louder setup then that and ill have around 500 to spend whats some ideas?...also is a 15 L7 louder then a 15 cvx

personally, i'd pick up a b-stock nine.1 for 250 bucks (same price as AQ1200D but IMO the ED is better and produces more power (AQ rated at 14.4, ED rated at 12.5) but i have not used the AQ yet) and chauncey's adire brahma mk II....that sub in a ported box on that amp will kill

AQ1200d is without question better than a ED. They are both about the same power the AQ is underrated.

Even if I had tested them how would I measure quality? You can't.
