My new system
2 12" MTX 5000
1 Sony Xplod Amp
JVC Radio
Only one of the MTX's is hooked up because the amp cant handle both. I will get another amp or 2 later. For those that bash Sony, My Sony stuff works good and I'd recomend it to any customer that walks in my shop. My SoundStorm componants and Sony comps work good too. Wouldn't put boss in a customers car tho. I will post a vid soon |

Sony is top of the line and i don't have a prob with it. i give them what they want. if they want sony, they get sony. if they ask for boss i give suggestive sale to try to pursuade them... |

You the reason idiots buy sony...
Sony makes Good Products but not Car Audio Related... Just cause ut hink it gets loud and bla bla bla doesnt mean it is top of the line...
There build towards the products are horrible and there not Reliable.. The Amps are way overrated.. you can put basically any sub in your car and make it get loud, but doesnt mean that is a Top of the line product.. its all about hwo the subs are built and how the amps do what there ratted to do.. i just don't understand why there are people out there that think Sony and MA MTX and Audiobahn are soooooo Good... Its like those Car Audio Products come with a thing that brain washes you to think that there products are SOOO awesome

I hope all your installs don't look like that. I'm pretty sure an unborn fetus could do a better job.
So what brands would you recommend over sony? Amps that overheat tend to not impress people.
Sound to me like you just want to take people's money. It's one thing if customers can't afford good equipment, but when you tell them sony is top notch and lie to them, well that just being greedy.
I really hope this is just a joke... |

ROFL time to bash this system to h3ll k your sonys were beating hard dude lol how many trips to walmart did it take to pay that whole thing off? rofl lol my one 10 kicker hooked to infinity reference series amp has more rear view mirrior shake then that and i have pyle and legacy in my car ( first setup) rofl so undownload that video take t off the air upload the video of you returning all the equipment to walmart if you dont care then go online and buy some reall stuf post the video and make the box your self and see what people say its not going to be that its crap ( sony pyle mtx anything caried by the flea market walmart or circuitcity bestbuy or anyone else i forgot to nme isnt worth the post and tring to brag about) |

just because one person has a bad experience with a product (Sony) doesn't mean its bad. Ppl bash Sony cuz its the "in" thing to do.
Personally i don't like anything about Sony but their car audio products. those are the only thing i've ever had that actually worked.

Usually the reason is simple, people who think Sony, MA audio, MTX, Audiobahn, etc. are good just haven't experienced good equipment |

Dude. Seriously. I want to see the selection of car audio available in your store. Show us what's so awesome. What do you push and what do you hide? If you're pushing Sony so much I'd hate to see what you hide.
How much research did you do b4 you opened your shop? Did you even spend 15 minutes on youtube checking out real systems or did you see an opportunity in selling department store junk locally?
I saw your vid. Funny. It took forever for the Coke to fall off the trunk lid. Most here have vids showing so much $#@&!! better lol.
To me you are a prime example of mainstream marketing without experience from underground products. Perhaps you should listen to those who suggest superior products with experience over what "sells locally" to those in the dark.

You say that you do "custom" car audio installs, there is not anything I see in your car that is "custom" maybe you have some previous installs that could show your work.

I'm sure someone is close and can go check this stuff out first hand.  They obviously are not specialists by any means so it is not surprising that he made the comments he did.
Can I ask you how much experience you have in car audio? I doubt that you have much based on that your "shop" opened less than 2 years ago. Many of us on here have way more experience and don't bash sony because we hate them, I'm sure many of us have PS2, PS3, PSP, Tvs and other things but as far as car audio, they make a poor product. Not only is it cheaply made, advertised with "1000w" when it is actually around 300w (Please reference this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4541643
Note that it is 1000W but RMS or continuous power is 165 Watts x 2, little more than 300w) and they perform poorly compared to many other brands. Not the worst, but down in the lowest level.
Your video is unimpressive and I pray for anyone foolish enough to enter your "shop" and have you feed them your garbage about sony. |

thinking a Sony Xplod not Explode on a Xplod Amp will get louder then a Solo 18...
Unless by Solo he means a Sub just sitting there not on anything and just alone.. then yea the Xplod will get louder then that Solo 18inch subwoofer lool |

How do you wire it correctly? Give us the knowledge!!!!! Once it is wired correctly I will get the full 1200 watts max or will it turn into hyperwatts? Would I need a special !SONY! wiring diagram?
