Hi folks.
Have this Philips Audio system in my car which the workshop people have messed up big time by inputting the wrong codes after the battery has gone flat after an extended holiday. Now, the word "SAFE" is permanently shown on the digital panel. Can anyone help me to relieve my misery? I have the full set of documents, even the code.

Hi all,
I lost the radio code to a used Honda Accord I bought, and a used BMW Z3.
I called the dealer and got the codes. One asked for the registration info, but both gave me the codes without any hassles.

I have a 1997 VW Jetta with the radio in SAFE mode. Someone suggested that with the power off, depress and hold the 'mode' button, turn the radio on keeping the 'mode' button pressed until the radio starts to play. This works but the radio goes back into SAFE mode after 5 minutes. Anybody got any suggestions. |
