Scott - the heavyweight was loud. Seemed like a great competition sub and I can't wait to see the numbers you put up with that thing.
Mike - that Rl-S was nuts. Never sat in a car with that much windshield flex. Pretty solid number you got as well
Dwight - car looked clean as hell. The system was loud. I was surprised with the low end on those subs. White Girl sounded good. Keep that door closed lol
Jack - didn't really get a chance to talk you bud. But that HDC3 got loud as hell. Wish I got to sit in the car and hear it
MS - the 9515 was damn loud. Wish I got to sit in your car as well. Some crazy flex on your back panel lol. When you were getting metered, there was a white truck at the stoplight that were watching and when you started, their jaws literally dropped lol. Mag > RL-p lol
Phil - I appreciate you taking you time and helping me with the box bud. This box is going to be awesome if we can get it to work out.
Sean - unfortunate you didn't get to have your system installed in time. Sure we'll have another one of these though.....closer to me next time lol. Hope you liked the Mag.
Thanks for the comments on my system guys. Don't worry, I'm changing out the comps and both amps eventually lol. Pics are uploading now.
If ya want, I can model up a design in BBP 6 and do up a design draft for ya that HDC 15.
And i do remember the spec's we talked about:
3.25 cu.ft. net tuned @ 36hz Port and sub on the baffle.
Only thing I don't remember is the max watts your running???
I do remember one thing about the trunk for the Malibu, The height of 17.5" is fine, but the width needs to be little shy of the brackets for the deck lid hinges or the back of the enclosure will not slide to the back far enough.
The front of the box will be too far foward and the front of the box will end up like 6" from the back of the trunk.
If you could that would be great Phil, And depth wise as of right now i have my back seat out so it can go back past the truck into the cabin if needed. and im running a zx1000.1 on the birth sheet it put on 1152 watts.
The meet was fun guys and as always the guys from ecoustics were a cool bunch of guys. Yanks Fan I did like your sub and I was also wondering what set of highs you had in the car and what amp and power they were really loud. As for Dwight his setup did seem to get a little louder than last time I heard it and he hit 138.3 db I think before the door opened. Mike I didnt get to tell you but congrats on the score at 36 hz Jack nice score also I dont remember your frequency but thats a good score none the less congrats to you as well. M.S. that dd sub is a beast and man was that tail gate flexing and stuff...with some room for the port who knows how much louder she might be. Also Jason and I want to thank you again for your help with his blazer today. Phil it was great meeting you and talking with you after the meet too. As for my install well next time ill have it set up.

I had a pretty good time at the meet getting to listen to all the various systems in the various vehicles and meeting/talking with everyone.
Sean/Scott, I truly enjoyed the conservations we were having and discussing all the various aspects and details about car audio general during and afterwards.
All and all more than anything it allowed me to enjoy and appreciate being with a good butch of folks that enjoy what car audio is about.
Looking forward to next meet and hopefully more folks being there and hopefully I'll have my system done by then.
those Crystal CPe 6.5"s werent bad from the little bit I heard them...only suggestion id make is if you play your system at the volume you let me listen to it id back the gain down some on the profile amp and those 6.5 would be more crisp ...as I said the mag was just right on the power you had it on for the right sq with what we listened to...honestly the sub amp seems fine to me for the mag and I probably wouldnt change it and the profile amp would be fine too probably with the gain turned down some...(factoring in the cost involved for minor changes to swap amps out)
Sean, I think I will turn down the gain a little bit on them. The amps are getting the job done but I just don't want to run into any issues with either of them down the road. They would probably be fine but with the issues those amps have with other people, I just might change them out to be on the safe side. Wouldn't cost me too much.
oh I just meant turn the gain down on the profile amp not the hifonics...but if your saying you understood what I was saying and you still want to...cool As far as the amp change I follow you and since it wont cost too much more thats good too
