Ok so Ive been having problems with my HD3,I thought it was blown or something. But I read the coils with a dmm and they read fine. So I called DJ and he told me it doesnt sound like the sub is my problem. He thinks my amps arnt getting enough voltage,so I went to subwoofertools.com and input my amps specs and it said the target voltage should be 56.6,I went out and tested the amp and the highest reading I got was 30.2 volts. So how can I fix this?

Your HU settings are wrong.

Everything at 0, all features turned off, sub level all the way up.
