ya thanks... but they still seem like they'd do good... i got me a pair of the fc6.2r and they'r tweeters get really loud and sound cristal clear but they're mid bass seems kinda shy they don't wanna come out |

lol.. so your downing on his comment... i heard them alpines before and i didn't like em.... my father in law put em 2 sets in his durango.. one set in each door... but i know why i didn't like em.... he was powering them off of his deck.. but i'm sure they are really good wen installed right |

i got my set of cdt for ~$150, w/ upgraded xover. (they're the carbon fiber ones, 560i xover)) I haven't heard much to compare them to, but they sound NICE...powered by a kx450.2(150wrms to each) |

once my rd alpha components get here, i'll give you a full review. i can compare them to focal utopia, jl xr650, mmats 3 way, and the cdt hd62. the price on the alpha is ridiculously low. |

steve told me as long as i am careful i can give them up to 150wrms. but he told me the cool thing about those comps is that even with little power, they get loud and clean. they are very efficient speakers. we shall see. i should get them in by next weekend. |

$150 for a set of components is NOT expensive at all. In fact I don't think you can get a real good set for that price. |
