never had the problem. so i dont care. prolly takes 10 minutes to ground the rca's anyways.

Yea it does, if you do the ghetto fix (ground wire on the RCAs). But to me it doesn't matter that it can be fixed, I don't want an HU that has a major known defect.

Pioneer 780 is a heck of a unit. You should get no problems with alternator whine or rca's as long as your properly ground the ground wire separetly

Ugh. My pioneer just fried my new USAmp because of it's RCA problems.

Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Eclipse > Pioneer.
