i've been looking for a amp to power those two subs and i think i've found an alright one. im just wondering if this company is alright and if anyone knows of any problems with it. heres the link: http://sonicelectronix.com/item_1640_Audiobahn+A8001DT.html also, i have an 02 intrigue and i was wondering if anyone knows if the stock deck in that car can hook up to an amp or if i'm going to need to buy a new deck to hook everything up. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you. |

Yep. Chris stiles on here has one, birthsheet says 969 I believe, and someone else had one on here that was just over 1000. Post a thread about these amps if you want some more input about them. |

well it sounds like the wattage on that amp varies from unit to unit and you cant really tell until you buy it. i don't really wanna take the risk in pushing my subs so are there any other amps out there that would work? |

" i don't really wanna take the risk in pushing my subs" you dont have to use ALL the amplifiers power thats why they have gains |

Subs are almost always damaged by amps with too little power, b/c people clip them. Hardly ever is a sub damaged by too much clean power. |
