i've been looking for a amp to power those two subs and i think i've found an alright one. im just wondering if this company is alright and if anyone knows of any problems with it.
heres the link: http://sonicelectronix.com/item_1640_Audiobahn+A8001DT.html

also, i have an 02 intrigue and i was wondering if anyone knows if the stock deck in that car can hook up to an amp or if i'm going to need to buy a new deck to hook everything up. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

Yep. Chris stiles on here has one, birthsheet says 969 I believe, and someone else had one on here that was just over 1000. Post a thread about these amps if you want some more input about them.

well it sounds like the wattage on that amp varies from unit to unit and you cant really tell until you buy it. i don't really wanna take the risk in pushing my subs so are there any other amps out there that would work?

Subs are almost always damaged by amps with too little power, b/c people clip them.

Hardly ever is a sub damaged by too much clean power.
