I just installed a Kenwood kvt-719dvd in my 2004 Dodge QuadCab truck. I was a little relectant because I couldn't find any good info on them. So, I'm now offering what I've learned for anyone who might be interested in one.
What I like so far: screen is easy to read, displays three full lines of info from Serius Sat. no more scrolling, lots of setup options and controls.
Some people are saying the menu is too hard to use but after a little use I love it, and it seems to flow nicely to me. I have a G510 Navigation unit on the way and will have it installed in a week are two.
If anyone has any specific questinos let me know.
