A zx750.1 would push them nicly, as long as they are Dual 2 ohm subs. |

i have a zx 750.1 birthsheet has it pushing much more than 750 rms....around 850-900rms if i remember correctly, it should push those 12 cvrs and yes if they are the dvc 4 ohms you wont be able to wire them to a 2 ohm load....you wont be able to use the full power of the amp. |

an amp that will do around 800-1000rms into 1 ohm. you can probably get this for a good price... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Diamond-D3-800-1-In-original-box-Class-D-JL-D6-D9 _W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ38638QQihZ019QQitemZ290205134205QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZW DVW or sonic electronix has it for $240. but there are plenty of amps you can get in the price range you have posted. I am sure these guys can come up with a good idea for you. |

That's because you can get them in either dual 4 ohm coils or dual 2 ohm coils. We need to know which coils you have. |

if you have ONE dual4ohm sub, it can be wired to 2, 4, or 8ohms. but since u have TWO dual4ohm subs you can wire them to 1ohm and 4ohm. its easier to get more power at 1ohm, so u want to look for an amp that does 800-1000rms at 1ohm |

(2)dual 4 ohm subs can be wired to 1 ohm. Get an amp that supplies 800-1000 watts RMS into 1 ohm. |

yes, one sub can be wired to 2ohm. a pair of dual 4ohm subs though can't. as explained already. go to www.jlaudio.com, they have a wiring wizard for you to use. just get an amp that'll do 800-1000wrms at 1ohm and wire the pair to 1ohm and you'll be set. personally, i'd get a sundown sae1000d. $300 shipped from dealer, great little amp, nice warranty and customer service. can't go wrong with it. order here if interested, www.kluvkustoms.com. very nice customer service there and fast shipping. |
