I'm planning to buy a subwoofer for my car. I've narrowed down my choices to these two. which do you think is better? |

what are you looking for? SQ, SPL, a mix of both?
the L7 is a SPL sub that has crappy sound quality. so if u want it to be just loud, then thats your sub.
however if you want to maintain the sound quality, the type-r would be your sub.
whats your budget? maybe theres a better sub for you needs... |

get the R because if the right set up, the R can and will sound AMAZINGE
And im not a fan of Alpine at all ;) |

Thanks for your responses. I'm looking for a mix of both SPL and SQ. Budget is around 400 max for a pair. Is there something better than those 2? |
