I have TrueRTA software on my laptop http://www.trueaudio.com/rta_down.htm There is a free verion, but your can search online for the code to unlock the full version. They recommend a Behringer ECM8000 mic which is what I have. http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=Behringer+ ECM8000&category0= Then you need a preamp for the mic, and a long XLR cable to connect it. I have a Behringer UB802 mixer as a preamp, but it is more complicated than it needs to be. I've seen other people just use a cheaper/simpler preamp, I'm probably going to get one. Just look on ebay for one with 48v power. |

Damn that's expensive and not nearly as accurate as you could do with the mic and pc software |

Haha cool but I'd recommend just getting a simple preamp instead of the mixer....... should be easier to work with |
