With a crimper. Some people crimp them on and then solder them to the terminal for extra security. Some people use a hammer.

I use a pex crimper, you'll have trouble finding a 1/0 crimper. I'd solder it after crimped like rob said- just head up the terminal back with a torch and let the solder melt into the front.

I've never crimped anything that big. For 4Ga and smaller I use whats called Vice Grips.

ive brokes 3 straignt up vices trying to crimp wires LOL. works well tho if they can handle it.
