Hello, thank you for taking the time to help me out. OK, 1st off i have installed and 550W amp that is bridged to 3 MTX 10's, i also have a pioneer indash cd player. Everything else i have is factory. I am now looking into upgrading the factory speaker. I am not sure where to start, so if you could give me some suggestions and why this is a good way to go type thing i would appreciate it very much.

sorry about taking so long to reply. i usually pay the most attention to the amplifiers and subwoofers sections, because that is where the most traffic tends to be. but anyways, yes, you will want to upgrade your interior speakers.
right now, your speaker sizes are:

dash:4"
front doors:6.75 inch
rear deck:6.75 inch

you can most likely leave the dash how you want or take the speakers out of there completely because they are not entirely needed. as for the brand of speakers you may want to look into: heres a list:

Infinity
Polk
CDT
boston
mb quart
dynaudio
rainbow audio
dynavox

good luck
