I am looking at a pair of Cerwin Vega104 10 inch subs at 4 ohms. Will an MTXT8302 2-channel 300w RMS amp be ok for these? Here are the specs on the amp. RMS Power measured at 12.5 Volts DC: 75 Watts x 2 into a 4 Ohm load 150 Watts x 2 into a 2 Ohm load 300 Watts bridged into a 4 Ohm load Or what is an alternate med to low price range amp for these thats not a Sony? |

The Vegas are single coil btw. Also looking at an Rockford Fosgate500BD mono (300 W X 1 @ 4 Ohms RMS) and a Rockford Fosgate3002 2-chan( 300 W X 1 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS) |

JBL BP600.1 will give 300wRMS to each sub the BP300.1 would give 150w to each sub.

Thanks Glasswolf, but the JBL isn't in my range. You are saying that I my 300w rms thinking for na amp is incorrect that I need at least a 600w rms mono?
