Here's what im looking at, 15" Fi Q
https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraudio.com/sess/utn;jsessionid=1547559a1e30d43/shopdata/0020_Q/product_overview.shopscript

What concerns me is:
"Re: 0.7 Ohms/coil | 1.4 Ohms/coil"
Does that mean that it is not actually a 1 / 2 ohm sub? that it is really a 0.7 / 1.4 ohm sub?

My plan is to get a 15" dual 2 ohm sub, and wire it to 1 ohm to a kx1200.1, can i do this safely?

It is technically a 1 or 2 ohm resistance. And yes you will me fine with using that amp because of impedence rise.
