Whenver I power off my car the amp powers off then the Subwoofers, (2 10" Kenwood) (600w Blitz Audio Amplifier) Pop Quite loudly. Ive Checked for loose wires. When I hook Up 1 of the subs bridged, it doesn't pop. Any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with one of the subs internal wiring or a problem with one of the amp's channels. I would bet it's the amp. I had a directed audio one that did the same.
