Lanzar MaxP124D (12's / dual 4 ohm coils) can get them on ebay for about $110 shipped. I have had 2 pairs of the 15's and they POUND!
Small orion HP 4x00 outta knock them nice for about $210. Still leaves you money for wire

That is a very small budget for both.
Try a 12" single sub in a ported box (RF, Kicker), and Audiobahn A8000T amp (around $130 - $150). |

This setup was pretty impressive on a stock head unit and for the price. |
