hey
just wonderng what to set my gain at for my alpine mrd m605, its 600 rms@ 2 ohms, its powering a 12 inch alpine type r (500 rms)...what should i set the gain at? thanks!

You should use your ears. Start with the gain at 0 and put the HU on 3/4 volume with a flat EQ. Then slowly turn the gain up until the sub starts to distort and then back off a little.
