My daughter has a 1991 honda accord lx , when you turn the switch on the d on the dash board has a green light flashing around it, the car will not crank but does turn over, if you turn the swith and the green light is not flashing it starts, been doing this awhile but now is worse and hardly ever starts anymore, please help me we were told it is the anti theft lock, ?????
