I just bought some new MB Quart Discus Series 6x9's about. 2 weeks ago and they sound excellent. But my problem is that on some of the songs i listen to when the bass is really heavy or drawn out bass notes its causing the speakers to cut out for a few seconds then all the vocals come back. What could be causing this??? 2nd Problem i also have MB Quart components in the front stage an i have noticed recently that when i turn my system up that the vocals get really muffled for a few seconds and then return to normal it does this off and on sporadically. Anyone know what could cause this??? |

Sounds like the amp is clipping. Turn down the volume or get a bigger amp |
