plan on about half the power they say. its a good amp and looks pretty good. |

i just got to looking this morning as i had to update my pricing. you could almost get into the speed series from db drive for close to the same cost as some of the quantum amps and the speed series will do the rated power. |

I know about quantum audio amps... But not DB drive, I they have some AMAZING subwoofers. ( the high line ) |

i use to have a solar series quatum amp 1500 watt
at first had it hooked up to 2 pionner 12's sounded good
then i added my buddies p2's so i was running 2 pioneer 12's 2 p2's off of the 1 1500 watt amp and my roof was flexing
i bougt the amp for like 150 sold a year and a half later for 120 lol
btw i was on a stock like 60 amp alternator and i only hade 1 1 fard cap
over the long run the amp may have blown but i had that as my daily driver setup for about 2 months with no problems
so in my opionion they are good amps and i had the cheapest series i found out later about the cosmik stuff or however its spelled i wonder how that stuff works |

from what i have gathered the solar 1500 should do like 700-750 really.
the newer cozmik amps the big 4000d should do 2600ish the 3000 should do 2000ish and the 2000d should do like 1200.
that and they aren't class d amps either they are ab mono blocks. |

should be almost as good as a d with possibly more control over the woofer. some class d's tend to get sloppy. |
