I have an eclipse 54400 that has been in security mode ever since replacing the car battery. When the car is turned on, the display reads SEC then switches to DiSC where it stays. I dont have the security disc so I called the 1-800 on my warrenty. The servicewoman had me try and feed and eject a store bought music CD about 50 times. Apparently, that is supposed to prompt a phone number and she would then give me a code to enter into the unit, however this wasnt working. We tried pressing and holding the preset 6 button along with the AM button, (wasnt sure why we tried that), but that didnt work either. Then tried hitting the reset button right near the volume knob. None of that has worked. Any suggestions?
