I need some help. For some reason I thought i could install this on my own. Turns out, i don't know what the hell I am doing.

I have 4 wires that I need to plug in somewhere. A red one, a yellow one, and two black ones. Where do they go? Do I need to take out the radio? I hope not, i cannot get that radio out. I just recently tried. PLEASE HELP! Is there an install guide online for these things?
