At first I thought buying a product from Boss Audio looked like a pretty good idea. However, after I received my product, I found it had bad parts on it, right out of the box. I tried working with Boss Audio to get it fixed, but their customer service is horrible! Not only do they not listen to anything I said about what was wrong with it, I kept getting switched around between people and then finally being told that I have to pay BOTH ways to send the product in, and I would have to pay more than the shipping price costs. Bottom line, I have to pay for their mistakes. The whole experience was not worth the product at all. Stay away from Boss Audio
