Hi I purchased a Kenwood stereo about this time last year off the Internet. The security code came with the stereo and when I installed the stereo I had no problem. Recently I had a car crash and bough a new car, I installed the Kenwood stereo in this car, however I lost the security code. I kinda remembered the security code and tried it two times, and now my stereo has been locked, it says 'Waiting 2'. What has really got me fuming is that whilst going through some old boxes I found the security code, and the last digit I put '8' which should of been '4'. I am totally lost and nearly in tears, I dont know what to do.
Could anyone please offer me any help please?
The model of the stereo is PSW9524. |

try disonnecting the cars neg batter terminal and wait a few minutes. then re attatch and the unit will probably have reset itself. |
