i'm not trying to get annoying but please bare with me. is itpossible to run 4 of the same size subs off any amp? cause i'm gonna go with this amp http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8222345&st=alpine&type=product&id= 1166840026929 i got sore credit so i'm kind of stuck gettin it from best buy but this is the strongest i seen yet from them. also now that i will be running just 2 12's at 4 oms's and thier total rms if u add them is 600 rms, 300 rms a woofer.

i only had 299 store credit i just added the 100 and bought the alpine mrp 850 it produces 500 w rms x1 at 4 ohms and my 12' subs are 300rms a woofer and wired at 4 ohms. so apposed to my last amp at 456 rms this one should run ok i assume.

run them parallel, and the amp will see 2 ohms
that will give you 400w+ per sub -- be conservative with the gain.

edit - forget it -- you have dvc 4's, not svc's. That diagram won't work for you

i just posted a new topic on it as i got the email. the calculator rated my amp at 44.7 volts so i assume 42 or 40 should give me lead way so i don't hurt them?
