Im gonna have 2 HIFONICS BXi2006D Amps with a 3 farad capacitor and 2 HIFONICS Xi 6406 Amps with a 3 farad capacitor as well. I have a 0 guage wire kit running from my stock battery.. I plan on exchanging it for a yellow top... should i be looking into something else to power this system? eveyrthing i havent mentioned else is stock

Everyone on here will reccomend that you run a high output alternator.Look into Irragi Alternators,you can find them on ebay.Go with something over 200 amps.Don't use that cap or all that power if you're using a stock alternator.

As Rob said you will need an HO alt to run all that power. Try Excessive Amperage for good prices. Get the biggest alt that will bolt on in your stock location. You will also need a lot more than one run of 0 gauge. Maybe three; one for each BXi2006D and one for both of your 6406's. Don't worry about hooking up the caps. I would still replace the stock battery with an optima yellow or something else.
