I have built a (toolbox) system from a car stereo and speakers...I have a 23 amp power converter running it..I built a plywood box to house everything and fully inclosed the speaker from the stereo and converter...My question is that when i crank the volume and get around # 23 the stereo starts to cut out...The stereo is putting out 50 watts max and the speakers are 400 max watts....any suggestions would be helpfull...

amp gain could be set wrong or you may be pulling to much power threw that power supply
