ok i wanna know if i had 2 type r apline subs 2 ohm , 2 12's hooked up to a 2006 hifonics amp would that be a pretty nice setup for around $560, and in a nice box would it sound pretty good and get pretty loud .. ho wmuch louder do u think it would be then my 2 10inch kicker comp vr that were hooked up to a kenwood 9102d amp pushin about 550 watts.. woudl the alpine setup be allot louder? |

in theory it should be louder but it all depends on the install but unless you seriously f uck something up it should be louder |

well imo i heard 2 of the alpines in a ford escort and they were way louder than myne.. but what do u mean unless i f uck something up..? |

In the install he means. Wire something wrong, etc.
Which Hifonics amp do you plan on using? |

well i aint sure if the 2006 one is 1 ohm .. ? but ifugurethatwouldbegood forthose 2 subs havethelevely down andset right i figure itl sound good |

The Hifonics BXi2006D would be putting out about 2000Wrms @ 1Ohm, which would probably be too much for your subs. I'd go with the Hifonics BXi 1606D and wire it at 2Ohms. You will be getting about 1100W. |

^^^no man. Let him get the 2006d. Why? cuz hifonics is overrated so it will put around 1k at 12-14v. i think their 2k model is rated at 1300w 2 ohms so, that should be nice for type rs. |

joey actually there 500 rms lol..soget the 4 ohm model and get the 2006bxi amp an dhook it up to 2 ohms that wont work will it, i haveto hook it up at 1 ohm yea i thik that sright 1 ohm |

ed nine.1, kicker zx1000, memphis 1000D, those will all be in your price range and better then the hifonics. |
