I use a full spectrum pink noise generator for that. even power output @ 20-20KHz That way I can see the curve on an RTA, too. |

for setting the gain just on subs i used a calculator i found on the internet.. i will get a link ... but anyways you put in the fuse rating on it and how much power it is supposed to put out and it will give you a certain voltage it should put out at 60hz to keep from clipping.. then you hook up a multi meter to the terminals play a 60hz tone and adjust the gain to the voltage output that is recomended |
