i have a rockford 450 .4 punch amp and when ever i turn my car on the fuses blow

Are we talking about the fuses on the amp or the ones in the car? check all of your wiring and all of your connections...if your 12 v power cable is touching the ground you will blow your fuses. Or if your ground cable is not the same size as the power (smaller) you will blow the fuses.If your ground does not have a good connection you will blow fuses same if your power cable has a cut in it
