It's a Pio Premier DEH-P480MP. It has some nice features for only being $107 shipped. 3 4V pre-outs (Front, rear, sub), 2 way Crossover. Not bad IMO.

Here is the Item Number for it on Ebay. The Link wasnt working for me. They have about 20 of them.
