Hi,
I have the jensen vm9511ts with the nav unit and xm installed. I had the nav unit installed last week. here is my issue. when i turn the car off, the nav unit will not work once i turn the car back on unless i unplug the xm box from the multimedia center andplug it back in. any ides?

I had the same problem. in order to fix it you need to connect the nav100 unit to a power source. the power supplied by the media module via the bus is not sufficient to power all items therefore it crashes when the car is started and needs to be rest.
