what is the purpose of getting 5.1 amp verses getting like a 300 watt amp to run your highs and mids with? |

good lookin out because I'm still stuck in the old school and I like having a high power amp and a little 350 RMS to run the highs and mids. Just wanted make sure it wasn't a real big signifigant difference. |

Yea. You can get 5.1 channel surround amp and HU. Mine comes with 5.1 Dolby Digital decoder and optical output. |
