I'm looking at purchasing a soundstream amp for 2 solo-barics. I want this be loud as hell and want some advice on which one I should go with. XTA Tarantuala, ot Van Gogh. Info PLS. |

Bro. First, post some specs of those subs. Are they DVC 4 ohm or 2 ohm, what's their RMs ratings... many things and we will tell you a good amp |

look @ the PICASSO series which r monoblocks which r generally better for powering subs .... |

u kinda have to worry about it in order to buy the right amp. if you wont u will end up with your sh!t all messed up. look at your options first |

i'd say, two 12 CVX dual 4 ohm wired at 1 ohm with a soundstream ega 1700D or pca 1500d. |

I'm pretty much stuck on the solo-barics. I heard the CVR and there not impressive to me. I heard nothing but good things about Soundstream so I believe I can go with either of the ones I want. |

I called the tech support at Soundstream and the guy said definetly go with picasso 1500D. Thanks for the advice. |

Of course Soundstream will tell you that. If you want a GOOD reliable amp to match those subs, considering you have DVC 4, look at the Sundown SAZ-1500D or the Cadence DCA1600. Kevin |
