Yes you can either wire it in parallel for a 1 ohm load or you can wire in series for a 4 ohm load. |

You can use that amp but you won't be getting much power for that sub.Make sure you wire in series because I don't think that amp is 1 ohm stable. |

NO ! rob ^^ his amp is NOT 1ohm stable http://www.audiobahn.com/Audiobahn06/pages/amps.html so ur only choice is to wire it @ 4ohms like this i recently heard a xxx 15 on only 1000wrms & boy it hit real deep\hard....... |

Yes 4 ohms because I don't think that amp is stable any lower than 4 ohms when bridged, and I hope you plan to run it bridged because even then you will be underpoweing that sub. JMO |

Its a mono amp, no bridging involved LMAO ebay specs are so predictable http://www.audiobahn.com/Audiobahn06/pages/amps.html It does 800@4 ohm and 1600@2ohm, not 1 ohm stable. If you wanted more power outta the amp you ordered the wrong VC config for the sub... DVC4ohm woulda been a better choice. |

Nice time to start looking for a new amp. Will that sub be moving at 800Watts? Can you guys name accouple of amps that are 1ohm stable. Budget is 300ish the lower the better. |

Chad i believe you had an XXX right? If i only give it 1200 would i still be underpoweing it? Would i hear a big difference 800@4ohm then 1200@1ohm? |

1200 would get it moving pretty nice. There would be a difference from 800 to 1200. but if those numbers come from hifonics they are a little over rated so expect to get 1000-1100 @1 ohm. |
