I really dont know much about car audio systems, i just got a kicker l7 15" and i am using a boss 1200 watt to power it. There are 3 knobs on the side and 2 i know but the frequency i dont know where to put it at. I kinda want it to hit hard but i dont know where to put it at? ANy ideas? |

ohh ok, only ported boxes are tuned. im guessing that know is your subsonic filter, so set it at the lowest frequency your amp will do, which is proly 16 hz. im not sure on this one tho, im still kind of new to car audio so anyone else reading this feel free to chime in |

frequency...put it at around 70 - 80hz your choice. your sub will play whatever frequency you set it to and lower.....its realyl just a crossover so your sub doesnt get a high note sent to it cause your speakers handle those.. |

low pass= 80-120 subsonic= lowest in sealed gain= match it with your HU |
