I bought an Renault with a Philips radio, but the code what I received from the previous owner doesn't work.

I have just gone to drive my car and stereo code is now requried not sure how this has occured. Anyway I have done some searching and this forum looks like it may be able to assist. I normally use Pistonheads.com but they don't have this facility (yet!)
if anyone can help these are the details off the side of the unit.
