Can you hear a difference between an amp that has a damping factor of 500 compared to an amp that has a damping factor of 200? Is there a really big difference? They are both similar wattage ratings

Unless the DF is around 10, it should be good.
You're really paying for "quality/design."
Similar to comparing 2 sports cars, one that does 0-60Mph in 5.05 sec vs 2nd car that does it in 5.01 sec. Would you be able to tell a difference by watching with your eyes in real time?
