Any reasons not to use twist connectors for HU installation?

Simply not as sturdy or as reliable a connection as soldering or crimp connectors, but plenty of people use them without any problems. Just keep in mind that connections in your car are sujbect to a lot of vibration so anything that's twisted on can (in theory) twist itself off.
