i'm about to get a 2001 chevy impala and i had heard that it's a little complicated to hook up all new head unit and subs. is there anything i need to worry about? like external amp that needs hooked up or anything like that? |

it's depend which oem radio system stay in! 2001 chevy impala got three radio system : 1.Base model. 2.With Amp. 3.CEO Model (separate cd player). |

Head unit + set of new good component speakers + Amp + Sub + new wiring... It's costly but the best way to do it!  |

well if theres a factory amp its prolly above the kick panel so you will have to make a jumper from the wire you pull out of the amp. the harness plugs into the wire you pull out of you amp. |
