Looking on behalf of a friend who has a 2000 Stang and was able to make a great bargain for a complete Mach 1000 stereo system...Can this install be done? Thanks for any info and advice...

As long as you have everything it should all fit in like factory. The cars that come down the assembly line are all the same reguardless what engine size, seat type and material, etc. They simply add to the vehicles what was ordered or required. Should have no problem but might take some time.

mach 1000 sucks... just like the shaker 1000... more like 200 watts or thats what it sounds like anyways.
