Thread: 2 way 6x9 help please |

ok i just bought 2 alpine 6x9's 275 watts, then i relized they said 2 way not 3-way, will i still hear the same music? I need sum explination. Do I need more speakers now too make it sound better??? I have a 760 wat pioner amp too hook them up too and i plan to get good subs. Please help me if you can. |

You don't need 3way, because 2way is just fine. A lot of real high end component sets are 2way so you'll be OK. Don't worry, your 6x9's will sound just like 6x9's should sound, which is not nesseserily the thing that people go after , but you'll be fine |

if im not mistaken the 760 amp your referring to pushes 190 rms to each channel |

I've actually read an article where they tested 6X9s and the author pretty much said that the two ways were almost always better than three ways and their was only one 3 way that they complimented for standing up to the 2 ways. |
