what if i conect tweeters with built in crosover to tweeter output on component set crosover???? I need to do that becouse my original component tweeters blew.. is there any tweeters that would play music very loud and clear and wouldn blow up

Yes there are many good tweeters that will play the music loud and clear and will not blow up:-)
You just have to make sure that you are sending them clean signal from an amp and that they are crossed over properly. A few good examples of really good tweeters that play music very loud and very clear:

Many times people "blow" their tweeters because of clipped amplifier signal, you want to make sure that your amplifier is not being overdriven:-)
