I was looking at getting the JL A4300 for my interior speakers. I have a factory amp running to them, but I want to completely eliminate the bass. Am I to assume that if I do a direct hook-up from the stock speakers to the amp that they would be running at 4ohms?

well if its a 4ohm speaker then it will run at 4 ohm the amp doesnt determine ohm load!

why compleatly eliminate bass and what freq. bass are you talking about

anyway a crossover determines what freq. get to the speaker.
